神戸市教育委員会から、市立中学校の部活動について、４月19日から「まん延防止等重点措置」の期限となっている５月５日まで対外試合や土日・祝日の活動を実施しないよう、通知が出ました。神戸市の１日の感染者が200人を超えて増えていること、当スクールの地域内の小学校でも感染者が出ていることから、小学生以下の練習を４月19日より５月５日まで中止することにいたしました。
今年度の練習が始まったばかりで残念ですが、スクール生とご家族の安全を第一に判断いたしました。何卒、ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
尚、中学班は春季大会が開催されていますので継続して練習いたします。

The Kobe City Board of Education issued a notice requesting that club activities of municipal junior high schools should not be carried out on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays from April 19 to May 5 which is the deadline for the stronger measures against the spread of the coronavirus by the government.
Since the number of infected people in Kobe City is increasing to more than 200 per day and there are also infected people in an elementary school where our students attend, our school decided to suspend the practice for elementary school students, kindergarten children and tag rugby group.
Though it is regrettable that we will suspend the activity immediately after the practice of the new school year starts, our school decided to give priority to the safety of our students and their families. We hope that you will understand the situation.
The junior high school group is holding the spring tournament, therefore such group will continue to practice.

４月４日より当スクールの新年度の練習が始まりましたが、一方で、新型コロナウイルスの感染が急速に拡大しています。
当スクールの練習を安全に継続できるようにするために、新型コロナウイルスの感染予防対策、および、学校等で新型コロナウイルス感染者が出た場合の対応について、今一度徹底させて頂きたいと思いますので、添付の『新型コロナウイルス感染予防対策』の内容をご確認頂きますよう、宜しくお願いします。

The practice of the new school year began on April 4. However, the infection with the new coronavirus is spreading rapidly in Hyogo prefecture.
In order to continue the practice of our school safely, the school would like to once again inform you about the measures to prevent infection with the new coronavirus and what to do if a person infected with the new coronavirus appears at the school and the workplace. We kindly ask you to check the contents of the attached “The New Coronavirus Infection Prevention Measures”.

4月17日土曜日　中学班の練習は雨天のため中止します。

新年度（２０２１年度）が始まりました。新型コロナウイルスの収束の見通しが立たない状況ではありますが、感染に留意しながら、今年度も楽しくラグビーをしましょう。

昨年度末をもって澤村校長がお役目を退任され、今年度よりドクターの山本先生が当スクールの校長に就任されました。澤村前校長及び山本新校長のご挨拶を掲載いたします。

当スクールは、中学班は2月11日、幼児班・小学班・タグ班は2月14日より練習を再開いたします。
兵庫県の緊急事態宣言は延長されましたが、グラウンドでのスポーツ活動では感染が確認されていないことから　感染防止ガイドラインに沿って十分な配慮をしたうえで、練習を再開いたします。
生徒は必ず検温を実施して健康チェックシートを記載し、マスク着用で練習に参加してください。少しでも体調が悪い時は休んでください。
保護者の方のグラウンド入場は１名でお願いいたします。マスク着用で会話は控えていただくようお願いいたします。
万が一、感染あるいは濃厚接触者となった場合は、必ずスクールに連絡願います。

Our school will resume practice from February 11th for junior high school group and February 14th for elementary school, kindergarten and tag groups. Although the state of emergency in Hyogo Prefecture has been extended, since infection has not been confirmed in children’s sports activities on a palyground, we will resume practice while considering infection prevention in accordance with the infection prevention guidelines.
Students must take their body temperature, fill in a health check sheet and wear a mask to participate in the practice. If you feel sick even slightly, please do not participate in practice.
Only one person is required to enter the ground for parents. Please wear a mask and refrain from talking.
If students or parents become infected or have close contact to infected person, please be sure to inform the school.

小学班の皆様、県大会お疲れ様でした。表彰式に３つの班が並ぶ素晴らしい結果でした。
各班コロナ禍で時間が限られた中で、練習に工夫をこらしていただいた結果だと思います。
また、当スクールの保護者の方の応援は、拍手や旗振りなどで対応いただき、大きな声が聞こえることもありませんでした。
注意事項をきっちり守っていただき、感謝いたします。

さて、今週末（１２月６日）の芦屋ライオンズクラブ招待ラグビー大会ですが、芦屋ライオンズクラブがコロナの状況で協賛されないため、芦屋ラグビースクール主催の交流試合となります。
芦屋市長の挨拶、芦屋ライオンズクラブメンバーの挨拶、精道中学校生徒の演奏など例年の開会式はなく、諸注意だけのようです。
試合開始は９：２０～ですので、集合は各班の班長の指示に従ってください。
また、大人数のスクールが集う交流戦ですので、状況により直前中止もありえるとのことです。その場合は、改めてご連絡いたします。

当スクールの今年度の入校申込受付期間は、11月30日までとなっております。それ以降につきましては、新年度（令和3年4月1日）からの入校となります（新年度の入校案内及び申込書は令和3年2月1日に当スクールのホームページに掲載します）。
つきましては、12月1日以降の当スクールの見学及び体験練習は、以下のとおりとさせて頂きますので、宜しくお願いします。

12月1日以降も随時可能です。当スクールホームページ「入校のご案内」→「見学お申し込み」から見学をお申し込みください。
【体験練習】
12月1日以降3月31日までは、体験練習はできません。

今年の兵庫県ラグビースクール県大会に関する大会案内、兵庫県ラグビーフットボール協会からのお願い、および健康チェックシートを掲載します。大会当日は、選手、指導者、レフリー、役員のいずれにつきましても、健康チェックシートの提出が義務付けられていますので、添付資料の内容をお読み頂き、忘れずにご対応ください。

We will post Request to Parents regarding This Year’s Hyogo Prefecture Rugby School Tournament and Health Check Sheet. On the day of the tournament, all children, coaches, referees, and officers are required to submit a health check sheet, so please read the attached materials and do not forget to take necessary action.

今年の兵庫県ラグビースクール県大会（第38回大会）は、11月8日（日）、11月28日（土）及び11月29日（日）に開催されます。学年によって開催日及び開催場所が異なりますので、添付にてご確認ください。各学年の組み合わせも掲載しますので、併せてご確認ください。

This year’s Hyogo Prefecture Rugby School Tournament (The 38th Tournament) will be held on November 8(Sun), November 28(Sat), and November 29(Sun). The dates and venues of the tournament vary depending on the school year, so please check the attached file for details. The tournament pairings for each school year are also posted (Japanese only). Please check them as well.

10月11日㈰　中学班の練習場所を小野浜ｸﾞﾗﾝﾄﾞから六甲アイランド芝生広場に変更します。
8時30分から受付開始しますので、それまでは広場に入らないようにしてください。

10月10日土曜日の中学班の練習は台風接近のため中止します。
午後のミーテイングは翌日11日の練習後13時からを予定しています。

小学班、幼児班及びタグ班の10月の練習は、添付の通りとなります（このホームページの「スケジュール」にも掲載しています）。
中学班の練習につきましては、このホームページの「スケジュール」を確認するとともに、中学班の班長の指示に従ってください。

新型コロナウイルス感染防止のため自粛しておりましたスクール活動について、当スクールは、兵庫県体育協会及び兵庫県ラグビー協会の指針に基づき、６月２１日（日）より段階的に再開することを決定いたしました。班ごとに再開日や練習開始時間が異なりますので、詳細は添付をご確認ください。
新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大予防対策を講じながらスクール活動を再開いたしますので、皆様のご協力を宜しくお願いいたします。

Hyogo Rugby Football School will resume our activities gradually from June 21 based on the guidelines of the Hyogo Prefecture Physical Education Association and the Hyogo Prefecture Rugby Football Association. Please see the attachment for details as the resuming date and the practice start time are different for each school year group in order to keep a distance from each other.
We will resume school activities while taking measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection. We would appreciate your cooperation.

　新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大が続く中、関西ラグビーフットボール協会より、新型コロナウイルスの感染から生徒・児童を守るため、５月末までのスクール活動自粛に関する要請がありました（添付ご参照）。この要請を踏まえ、当スクールは、５月末まで全ての活動を行わないことといたしました。
　スクール活動の再開時期につきましては、情勢を見極めながら改めて判断いたしますので、保護者の皆様におかれましては、当スクールからの連絡をお待ち頂けますよう、宜しくお願いいたします。
　保護者の皆様・お子様ともに、３密（密閉空間、密集場所、密接場面）を避け、新型コロナウイルスに感染されることのないよう、日々ご留意をお願いいたします。

　While the new coronavirus infection has been continuing to spread, the Kansai Rugby Football Association has made a request to rugby football schools for refraining from school activities by the end of May to protect children from the new coronavirus infection. Based on this request, we have decided to continue the suspension of school activities until the end of May.
　We will make further judgment on the time of resuming school activities while checking the situation of the spread of new coronavirus infection, and we will let you know soon after such judgment.
　Please be careful not to be infected by the virus while avoiding Closed Space, Crowded Place and Close Scene.

新型コロナウイルスの感染が拡大する中、当スクールは、子供達とご家族の健康と安全を最優先に考え　３月１５日（日）までの全ての練習および３月１５日（日）の修了式、ならびに３月２０日（金・祝）の健康診断を中止することを決定いたしました。
また、上記活動自粛に伴い、２０２０年度スクール入校手続の一部（入会金・年会費の支払方法）について、特別措置を講じることといたしました。

２月１１日（火・祝日）に、ＪＲカップ（全市交流大会）がＪＲ鷹取グランドで開催され、当スクールも参加します。ご予定の程、宜しくお願いします。
ＪＲカップには、当スクールを含め神戸市内６スクールが参加します。
開会式は９時２５分からの予定ですが、当日の集合時間については、各班の班長の指示に従ってください。
各班の試合のタイムテーブル及びグランド配置図については、添付のとおりです。
当日はＪＲ鷹取グランドの駐車場は利用できませんので、公共交通機関をご利用ください。
